PathLogic

PathLogicPathLogic were engaged in a long term project, delivering a patient support system for a Northern Ireland health trust. PathLogic were contracted to provide all of the deliverables, including online help, user documentation and training.

At the outset, PathLogic recognised that the project team did not include personnel who could produce professional documentation quickly and effectively. Furthermore, they did not want their highly skilled technical staff investing significant amounts of time on documentation and training.

Lucid was engaged and we allocated one technical writer to the project. We produced online help and a paper based user guide to a specification set out by the health trust.
