247 support for Randox customers

Randox Laboratories had developed a 247, a feature rich software application used by Laboratory technicians. Randox's support team was concerned that some users did not fully understand the product and asked Lucid to develop the 247 e-learning solution.

Lucid developed the 247 tutorial in close liaison with Randox's development staff. Our instructional designers gathered information from the 247 developers and worked with them to develop content, activities and assessments.

Lucid developed the 247 tutorial for CD delivery as a component of a blended learning solution.
