A technical author uses many skills, in finding, collecting, assessing, selecting and organising
information, and finally communicating it to the reader in a clear and concise format to meet their needs. Lucid uses authors with these skills and helps them to develop their abilities through
training and exposure to a wide variety of projects.

commercial experience means that our authors are skilled at building up good working relationships with
our clients.
